Per our Online Dealer Policy with Vans we may not sell or ship Vans products outside the United States.
We offer exchanges and store credit only, accompanied by the original receipt, within 10 days (30 days for online sales). Cash refunds are not provided. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
- Clothing: All clothing to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Shoes: All shoes to be returned must be brand new, unlaced, in original packaging, and unworn. We suggest all shoes are to be tried on with socks, inside, and on a carpet. Shoes returned with dirty soles, grip tape wear, human and/or pet hair, will be returned back to sender.
Please note that all sales are final for purchases made on marked down items.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs on returns, and we do not accept C.O.D.'s on return shipments. For web store purchases, please contact us with a brief explanation for the return before shipping anything. In the event of a canceled order, a 5% processing fee will be applied, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, for special ordered non-stocking items, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, also subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
Please be aware that all items purchased are considered final sales, and therefore we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This policy includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. However, if there are any mistakes made on behalf of the company, we will gladly rectify the situation. If the product you received is deemed defective, your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
We do not issue call tags or pay postage for returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay to have the merchandise shipped back to us.
Please send all returns to Relief Skate Supply 229 Harrison Avenue Panama City, FL 32401. Please include name, email address, order #, Phone #, your address, and reason for return. Also, include what items are being exchanged for. If there are any problems or questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org and if we have any problems with returned items we will contact you via phone or email.
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority, unless otherwise requested. The customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise noted. Please provide a physical address as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for their delivery. We do not ship to mail forwarding services.
For international shipping, the buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by their country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees in advance and cannot provide an estimate of the cost, as charges vary worldwide. It is the buyer's responsibility to research and understand any customs fees and charges, and to verify the customs procedures in their country before placing an order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, the order will be returned and no refund will be provided for shipment costs.
Delivery timing cannot be guaranteed, and any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. If specific delivery requirements are needed, please email us to verify product availability in advance. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight once they have been dispatched. In the case of lost or stolen packages with delivery confirmation to the provided address, the customer accepts full responsibility to file any necessary claims with the carrier. We are not liable for mis-delivery errors by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
